While some information can be gleaned in a telephone call, that is not the best communication method for either you or the attorney. Once we decide that you may have a claim worth pursuing, a personal consultation will be scheduled.

The information required to evaluate a case depends upon the nature of the claim. In an effort to focus attention on the most important facts and issues Elfvin ◊ Besser has several intake forms. These forms are available in the office at the time of your visit. However, you may bring a completed form with you or just review the questions and get an idea of the relevant information.
