Stuart is a Partner with Elfvin & Besser. He began working at the firm in 2004. His practice includes employment law / litigation, and business transactional matters. In 2012, Stuart was certified by the OSBA as a specialist in Labor & Employment law.
Stuart is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cleveland Employment Inn of Court, the Ohio Employment Lawyers Association, and the National Employment Lawyers Association. In December, 2009, he was named a 2010 Ohio Rising Star by Ohio Super Lawyers magazine.
