Stuart has been an Associate attorney with Elfvin & Besser since 2006. His practice includes employment law / litigation, and business transactional matters.
Stuart is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cleveland Employment Inn of Court, the Ohio Employment Lawyers Association, and the National Employment Lawyers Association. In December, 2009, he was named a 2010 Ohio Rising Star by Ohio Super Lawyers magazine.
